PHRN working in the BPO industry

I just started in the BPO industry working in a healthcare account three weeks ago. Pioneer kame, so kami ang wave 1 who will work on this project. So far, self-guided training palang ang ginagawa namin as we're waiting for the trainer to do the product specific training.

Our role is as a Care Navigator.

Anyone who has an idea po about the role?

Kindly give us an idea if you have any idea so we could learn from each other po.

I will share my experience through this blog as we progress as training.
