PHRN working in the BPO industry

I just started in the BPO industry working in a healthcare account three weeks ago. Pioneer kame, so kami ang wave 1 who will work on this project. So far, self-guided training palang ang ginagawa namin as we're waiting for the trainer to do the product specific training. Our role is as a Care Navigator. Anyone who has an idea po about the role? Kindly give us an idea if you have any idea so we could learn from each other po. I will share my experience through this blog as we progress as training.

Balik Loob Sa Nursing Field

Are you one of those na by the you graduated nursing is that ang dami na masyadong nurses sa Philippines since nag stop mag hire abroad due to recession?  And you are one of those who shifted careers since ''volunteer nurse" positions lang meron which is daily allowance is only Php150/day. You guessed it right, I am of those. I started working for Philippine Airlines as a passenger service agent and shifted to BPO later on.  Now, I am in a pickle. I have been in the BPO industry for 4 years na which none of the accounts were related to healthcare.  I am thinking either I would still pursue BPO pero shift into healthcare accounts or is it high time na ba to resume on bedside nursing?
